10/12 Pictures- Eating Spicy Jiangxi food and Travel Day to Guangzhou

Other than packing and traveling to Guangzhou, the most interesting thing we did this day was to eat at the Chinese restaurant in our Nanchang hotel before our flight left.

The menu on the wall right beside our table.   Notice the poor bunny.  :)

Jacob pretending to devour his dragon fruit - definitely one of the most beautiful fruits God created - and delicious!
Matt's chicken foot he found in his meal

Notice the fan they brought for us behind Aubrey.  It made the high, high temp in there a bit more bearable.
She likes eating from chopsticks and it's actually easier feeding babies with chopsticks vs forks - less chance of them to poke themselves.

Our family and Evelyn before we left of the airport.  This was in the hotel lobby.
Our crew waiting for our flight.  The nice gentleman from Zambia was beside me to my left.  They had just left their daughter in medical school in China and they were about to spend a few days in Guangzhou before returning to Africa.  I actually saw his wife later again in Guangzhou.
